This is a test post to explain the HTML code of
having a link open in a new tab, instead of taking
the person OFF of your web site.
The first example is HOW you would see that listed in the HTML on type pad.
THE SECOND ONE is the change YOU MUST make to direct the link to open in a new tab.
Go to Google
Go to Google
THE ONLY difference is the ADDITION of THIS target="_blank"
That goes after the ending quotation hash mark behind google.com
SO.......... you put your cursor between "> TAP the space bar to move
it over one blank space. and drop in target="_blank"
target="_blank" THIS is the ONLY code change you need for EVERY item that has a LINK in the body of your post.
I think it's STUPID that typepad does not do that automatically.
It's really not all that hard when you just save those words and know where to put them.
